Customer Service Center
Located in Center Court, the Customer Service Center is the heart of The Orchards Mall.  Here, friendly staff members will offer you assistance and information about all activities and services.

Courtesy Wheelchairs
Free wheelchairs are available at the Customer Service Center.

Lockers
Lockers are available at Entrance #1 near the Food Court for a nominal fee.

Public Safety
Uniformed Public Safety Officers patrol the interior of the mall and parking lot areas.  For assistance, please contact any store in the mall, or the Customer Service Center in Center Court.
