Hiring Information: Buckle is currently searching to fill a full time team leader position. 

Duties include selling, supervising of the store in the absence of the store manager, coaching the team on performance, opening and closing the store, visual merchandising
and other various duties.  Experience in retail not requited, however, selling and leadership experience is preferred.  Individual must possess a friendly, upbeat personality and be excited about our product and learning new things on a daily basis.  Must be at least 20 years of age and have a flexible schedule.  Availability to work mornings, nights and weekends is required.
